Don Heupel For The News Vanessa Quinn, an executive board member for Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO Local 1133, and Lori Meder, a nurse at Kenmore Hospital, took part in a picket Wednesday to protest the ongoing nurses' contract negotiations with hospitals administrators. Meder and Quinn take issue with the cuts in overtime pay as well as the pension benefits.
