DOUG BENZ/NEWS HOMICIDE: A 23-year-old North Tonawanda woman was charged with second-degree murder Wednesday night for killing her boyfriend with a kitchen knife. Jennifer R. Marchant was taken into custody after police arrived at her Oliver Street apartment for a domestic call and discovered Ralph D. Stone bleeding. He died a short while later.
