photos by Doug Benz /News STARTING AGAIN: Construction on phase two of the Parker-Fries sewer project began Monday. Construction company Concrete Applied Technologies of Alden will go up to 25 feet deep in the ground to repair the existing sanitary sewer system, and allow the town to carry more water away from drainage areas during wet weather.
