BANKING ON CHARITY: Lisa Byroads, a senior human resources trainer at Citizens Bank, is taking a paid three-month sabbatical to teach a class to at-risk students at Stanley B. Falk school. This is the first year Citizens Bank has offered the sabbatical, for which Byroads had to apply and be approved in a competitive process. The Falk school is operated by Buffalo Child and Family Services.
