100218 GM announcement3 /nfg/ton DAN CAPPELLAZZO/STAFF PHOTOGRAPHER Niagara Falls - General Motors Powertrain Plant workers take a break from the line to attend a press conference announcing that the GM Powertrain Plant will receive a 425 million dollar investment to build the new Ecotec L850 four cylinder engine. The new line will bring back 470 jobs to the once struggling plant.
