ISSUES: New York State Senator Mark Grisanti speaks to the Ken-Ton Chamber of Commerce after a luncheon meal held at Banchetti's banquet facilities in Amherst. Grisanti, who voted for the state's recent gun control measures, said he worked to add penalties for those who buy guns for felons, as well as strict penalties for those who shoot at first rsponders.
