DWI: Kevin J. Gilbert, 32, 697 Wurlitzer Drive, was arrested Tuesday for felony DWI, improper signal and driving in violation of license restrictions. He is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

WARRANT: Stacy M. Wynkoop, 24, 61 Princeton Place, Buffalo, surrendered at 11:38 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant for unlicensed operation. She was held for court.

WARRANT: Jarrett A. Celotto, 21, 42 Donald Drive, Buffalo, surrendered at 9:44 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant for unlicensed operation. He was held for court.

WARRANT: David S. Nelson, 22, 439 Grider St., Buffalo, was arrested at 2 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for criminal possession of stolen property. He was held for court.
