DWI: Christopher P. Root, 22, 1737 Linden Ave., was arrested Tuesday for DWI. Root was stopped on Daigler Drive. His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.17 percent. He was held for court.

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Christopher P. Nash, 32, 820 West Ave., Buffalo, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.
