ASSAULT: Tony Burgos was charged at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday with assault following a domestic incident. He was held for court.
City of Tonawanda
WARRANT: Scott H. Petrie, 25, 100 Sudbury Lane, Williamsville, surrendered at 9:43 a.m. Thursday on a warrant for criminal tampering. He was held for court.
LARCENY: Gary E. Witt, 65, 8521 Porter Road, Niagara Falls, was charged at 12:43 p.m. Wednesday with petit larceny. Witt allegedly stole two cat toys and two boxes of medicated balm from Tops and was released on an appearance ticket.
WARRANT: Austin M. McNamara, 19, 726 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, was arrested at 6:07 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant for possession of stolen property. He is being held in lieu of $150 bail.
WARRANT: David R. Dierdorf, 749 Nash Road, North Tonawanda, surrendered at 1:30 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation. All fines were paid.
