City of Tonawanda
WARRANT: Sean M. Haas, 26, 21 Michelle Drive, Lackawanna, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Alice M. Foots, 35, 371 Moselle Ave., Apt. 1, Buffalo, was arrested in that city Monday and turned over to City of Tonawanda police on two warrants for issuing a bad check. She is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
North Tonawanda
HARASSMENT: Shawn M. Munt, 33, 555 Oliver St., Apt. 2, was arrested Tuesday for second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree harassment. He was held for court.
DISORDERLY: Mark J. Regalla, 44, 382 Niagara St., Apt. 2, was arrested Monday for disorderly conduct. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
WARRANT: Emmanuel Pothos, 29, 109 North Main St., Cortland, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for violating a city ordinance. Pothos is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
