CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: The garden in front of Bethesda Tabernacle Church, 8 Delaware St., was vandalized sometime late Friday or early Saturday. Police found several plants pulled from the soil and strewn about the sidewalk and a potted plant had been tipped over. No arrests were made.
North Tonawanda
DRUGS: Cedrick K. Bradberry, 29, 12C Packard Court, Niagara Falls, was charged at 12:15 a.m. Saturday with four counts of third-degree possession of a controlled substance and two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court.
DWI: Amy L. Schnitzer, 25, of West Seneca, was charged at 3:20 a.m. Saturday with DWI and driving left of pavement markers following a traffic stop on Tremont Street. Schnitzer’s blood alcohol content was measured at 0.13 percent following a breath test. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
DRUGS: Joshua J. Walizewski, 23, 18 Harvington St., Tonawanda, was charged at 8:15 p.m. Friday with third-degree sale of a controlled substance and third- and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance following his arrest on Miller Street. He was held for court.
