MENACING: Thomas T. Crowe, 38, 155 Robinson St., upper, was arrested Tuesday for second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and possession of marijuana. He was held for court.
MISCHIEF: Ralph D. Stone, 21, 307 Robinson St., was arrested Tuesday for fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
DWI: Roberto J. Gonzales, 23, 211 Carolina St., Apt. 1, was arrested Tuesday for DWI. He is being held in lieu of $300 bail.

WARRANT: Soraya M. Rodon was arrested at 10:19 a.m. Monday on a warrant for aggravated harassment after police assisted her when her car became stuck on a flooded street. She was turned over to Buffalo police.
MISCHIEF: Kathleen K. Nichols was charged at 2:20 a.m. Sunday with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following a domestic incident. She was held for court.
DWI: Eric F. Thurman was charged at 1:24 a.m. Sunday with DWI and operating a motor vehicle without an appearance ticket. Thurman was stopped for driving with an expired registration sticker when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Thurman allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.14 percent blood alcohol content. Thurman was held for court.
City of Lockport
MARIJUANA: Daniel M. Reeves, 30, 90 Wheatfield St., North Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana, passing a red light and speeding. Reeves was stopped for a traffic violation at 9:20 a.m. on West Avenue. According to the report, he admitted to having marijuana. The substance found field tested for marijuana.
