DOMESTIC: Derek J. Kightlinger, 25, 141 Niagara St. upper, was charged at 9:27 a.m. Monday with unlawful imprisonment following a domestic incident. He was held for court.
HIT AND RUN: Noreen A. Pemberton, 27, 252 Gibson St. Apartment D, was charged at 5:52 p.m. Saturday with leaving the scene of a property damage accident. She was issued a summons.
ALCOHOL: Sean P. Malanowicz, 19, 99 Fletcher St., was charged at 12:30 a.m. Sunday with unlawful possession of alcohol and unlawfully dealing with a child. Malanowicz allegedly admitted to using a fake ID to purchase beer for underage people, according to reports. Malanowicz was released on an appearance ticket, and 10 juveniles were issued summons for underage drinking.

DOMESTIC: Robert M. Fitzgerald was charged at 12:36 a.m. Sunday with endangering the welfare of a child, harassment and menacing following a domestic incident. He was held for court.
DWI: Robert J. Kilian was charged at 3:17 p.m. Saturday with DWI, unsafe turn and an equipment violation. Kilian was stopped for swerving when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Kilian allegedly failed field sobriety tests and refused a chemical breath test. Kilian was held for court.
DWI: Thomas J. Kister was charged at 1:55 a.m. Saturday with DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and unsafe backing. Kister was stopped after witnesses said he hit a car backing out of a bar parking lot when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Kister allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.17 percent blood alcohol content. Kister was held for court.
North Tonawanda
DWI: Roberto J. Gonzalez, 23, 211 Carolina St., Apt. 1, Buffalo, was arrested Sunday for aggravated DWI and speeding on Niagara Falls Blvd. His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.18 percent. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
DWI: John W. Shaw, 60, 1162 Oliver St., Lower, was arrested Sunday on River Road for aggravated DWI, driving left of pavement markings, inadequate muffler and driving an uninspected vehicle. His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.23 percent. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
DWI: Theresa R. Marino, 28, 1004 87th St., Niagara Falls, was arrested Sunday for aggravated DWI and driving left of pavement markings on River Road. Her blood alcohol content was found to be 0.23 percent. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
DWI: Timothy C. Dewald, 26, 3105 Stieg Road, was arrested for aggravated DWI near the corner of River Road and Goundry Street. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
HARASSMENT: Michael G. Tiedemann, 32, 316 77th Ave., Niagara Falls, surrendered Monday on a warrant for second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
