DRUGS: Nicholas M. Montague, 28, 218 Edward St., was arrested Wednesday for fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

WARRANT: Malachi Santiago, 37, 353 S. Division St., Buffalo, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for issuing a bad check. The warrant was first issued in 2000. Santiago was held for court.
IMPERSONATION: Moriah J. Myrick, 23, 113 Center St., North Tonawanda, was arrested Wednesday for criminal impersonation. Myrick is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.

DWI: Erin M. Kirby was charged at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday with DWI, refusing a breath test and failure to stop at a stop sign. Kirby was stopped for rolling through a stop sign when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Kirby allegedly failed field sobriety tests and refused a chemical breath test. Kirby was released on an appearance ticket.
