WARRANT: Marc A. Lococo, 27, of Norwalk Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant for petit larceny. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

DWI: William T. Getz, 194 Ironton St., was charged at 2:43 a.m. Thursday with DWI, uninspected motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. Getz refused a breath test and was held four court. 

DRUGS: Thomas T. Phillips, 330 Payne Ave., upper was charged at 11:22 a.m. Thursday with third- and fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third- and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is being held in lieu of $2,000 bail. 

POSSESSION: Kenneth M. Williams, 29, 1167 Haeberle St., Niagara Falls, was charged at 11:51 a.m. Thursday with third- and fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third- and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is being held in lieu of $2,000 bail.
