Police reports published Aug. 7

Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda 

MISCHIEF: Jason M. Jousma, 26, 121 Pinewoods Drive, was charged at 2:38 a.m. Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief. He was held for court in lieu of $750 bail. 

LARCENY: Lauren R. Perkins, 23, 216 Roberts Drive, was charged at 4:02 p.m. Sunday with petit larceny. She was released on her own recognizance. 

POSSESSION: Britttany N. White, 26, 280 Bryant St., lower, was charged at 12 a.m. Sunday with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, DWI, speed in zone and uninspected motor vehicle. She was held for court after refusing to take a breath test.

DWI: Peter M. McNella, of Buffalo, was arrested Friday for DWI, license restriction violation, failure to keep right, equipment violation, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was traveling on 190 South and refused a blood alcohol test. McNella received traffic tickets. 

City of Tonawanda

MISCHIEF: Damain Z. Pfister, 26, of Niagara Street, was arrested Friday for criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. He was held for court.

DWI: Thomas J. Grabowski, 31, of Effie Drive, Niagara Falls, was arrested Saturday for DWI and speeding. He was driving on Niagara Street and was going 60 in a 30 mph zone. Grabowski refused a blood alcohol test and was held for court. 

DWI: Clinton M. Watson, 57, of Baynes Street, Buffalo, was arrested Saturday for aggravated DWI felony, failure to keep right, and corssing over the center lines. He was driving on Main Street and told officers he drank a 12-pack at a friend’s house. Watson’s blood alcohol content was 0.24 percent and he was held for court.

DWI: John C. Klinko, 26, of Bristol Street, Buffalo was arrested Saturday for DWI, driving with a blood alcohol content over 0.08 percent, speeding, and crossing over the center lines. He was driving on Niagara Street and was going 45 in a 30 mph zone. He told officers he was drinking at a Bison’s game and his blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent. Klinko was held for court. 

DWI: Daniel Monahan, 32, of Greiner Road, Williamsville, was arrested Sunday for DWI, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, passing a red light, and not having a driver’s license. He was driving near Main and Delton Streets and refused a blood alcohol test. Monahan was held for court.
