Snickles allegedly said he would be driving a blue Beretta and would be with a friend would be “packing heat” and there “better be no problems,” the report said.
Snickles allegedly raised the asking price of the phone to $125, saying he had a fine to pay.
Deputies, with the assistance of the North Tonawanda Police Department, went to the scene and took both Snickles and his friend into custody.
Snickles allegedly admitted the phone was not his and he had planned to sell it back to the owner.
His friend was released, but Snickles was arrested and held in lieu of $500 bail.
