WARRANT: Rolland C. Smith, 25, 295 Bryant St., Apt. 1, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court.
North Tonawanda
WARRANT: Jarrett L. Blaszczak, 34, 62 Lincoln Ave., Dunkirk, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for petit larceny and second-degree criminal mischief. He is being held in lieu of $1,500 bail.
LARCENY: Diana M. Rosario, 24, 62 Lincoln Ave., Dunkirk, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for second-degree criminal mischief. She is being held in lieu of $1,500 bail.
HARASSMENT: Kristopher C. Burlou, 33, 120 Summerton Ave., lower, Kenmore surrendered Thursday for second-degree aggravated harassment. Burlou is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
WARRANT: Kevin P. O’Donnell, 37, 6301 Inducon Drive East, Wheatfield, turned himself in Thursday on a warrant for petit larceny. He was released on his own recognizance.
WARRANT: Dennis H. Lawlor, 22, 311 Schenck St., Apt. 6, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for second-degree burglary and petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
WEAPON: Michael A. Perez, 20, 40 Blake St., upper, Buffalo, was arrested in Erie County and turned over to North Tonawanda police Thursday for fourth-degree attempted criminal possession of a weapon. He is being held in lieu $350 bail.
TRESPASSING: Christopher M. Gandt, 37, 22, Allegany Ave., Kenmore, was arrested Wednesday for fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
TRESPASSING: Michael D. Burns, 30, 22 Allegany Ave., Kenmore, was arrested Wednesday for criminal trespassing. He was turned over to Hamburgh police department on a separate warrant and is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
DRUGS: Jonathan M. Grant, 21, 168 1/2 Tremont St., Apt. 1, and Joshua M. Rochevot, 19, 224 Thompson St., were arrested Wednesday for possession and sale of controlled substances.
Grant was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled substance two counts of fourth-degree possession of a controlled substance, one count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Rochevot was charged with four counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Both were held for court.
RAPE: Aaron M. Coughenour, 22, 161 Tremont St., Apt. 3, was arrested Wednesday for second- and third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. He allegedly had sexual contact with a minor at a private residence over a period of time. Coughenour was held for court.
LARCENY: Brian W. Miskho, 20, 358 Rumbold Ave., was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for petit larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument. Miskho is being held in lieu of $750 bail.
DISORDERLY: Jacob Ware, 38, 408 Oliver St., Apt. 2, was arrested Wednesday for disorderly conduct. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
State police
FRAUD: John C. Ellis, 39, 30 Grandview Ave. Tonawanda, was charged Thursday with felony grand larceny and felony falsifying business records. Ellis is accused of collecting $3,341 in fraudulent unemployment claims from February 18, 2008 through June 29, 2008. He was released on an appearance ticket.
