ADWI: Mark D. Abbott was charged at 8:53 p.m. Thursday with aggravated DWI and crossing the divider on a highway. Abbott was stopped for driving the wrong way on Sheridan Drive when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Abbott allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.28 percent blood alcohol content. Abbott was held for court.
ADWI: Larry W. Root was charged at 6:16 p.m. Thursday with aggravated DWI and following too closely. Root was being questioned after an accident when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Root allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.26 percent blood alcohol content. Root was held for court.

WARRANT: Ahmed Y. Nashir, 58, 70 South Dr. Lackawanna, was arrested at 2:08 p.m. Friday on a warrant for issuing a bad check. He was held for court.
WARRANT: John P. Mormino Jr., 18, 901 James Drive, Lewiston, was arrested at 7:42 a.m. Friday on a warrant for a probation violation. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Michael J. Vitale, 32, 1640 Ruie Road, North Tonawanda, surrendered at 9:04 a.m. Friday on a warrant for driving with revoked registration. He paid all fines and was released.
WARRANT: Jamie L. Zangerle, 24, 94 Cleveland Ave., surrendered at 4 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for driving with revoked registration and was released after paying fines.
WARRANT: Freddy Rodriquez, 32, 509 Hinman Ave., Buffalo, surrendered at 4 p.m. Friday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation and was released after paying fines.
WARRANT: Robin Jones, 36, 226 Breckinridge St., Buffalo, surrendered at 2:57 p.m. Friday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation and was released after paying fines.
