Shawn McIntosh, of 308 Parkhurst Blvd., allegedly took pornographic photographs of two girls under the age of 11.

The photos "lewdly display the girls' genitals," according to the district attorney's office.

McIntosh, 32, was charged with four counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, four counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

The defendant is also charged with subjecting both juveniles to contact with a sexual device.

McIntosh was arrested on an indictment warrant by the Town of Tonawanda Police.

He faces a possible sentence of up to 50 years in prison if convicted. He is in custody without bail.
