BLOTTER: Police reports published Feb. 2, 2010
Town of Tonawanda
WARRANT: Gregory S. Voye was arrested at 4 a.m. Monday for a Buffalo DWI warrant. Voye flagged down a police cruiser for an unrelated altercation and was found to have an active warrant. He was held for court.
DWI: Darren E. Esmay was charged at 3 a.m. Sunday with DWI, a muffler violation and failure to use designated lane. Esmay was stopped for weaving in and out of lanes and a loud muffler when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Esmay allegedly failed three of six sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.10 percent blood alcohol content. Esmay was held for court.
City of Tonawanda
WARRANT: Jeffrey C. Jaskowiak, 37, 1 Palmer Ave., Gowanda, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
North Tonawanda
DWI: Therese M. Greco, 48, 100 Sharon Drive, City of Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday for DWI and driving the wrong way on a one way street. Her blood alcohol content was found to be 0.20 percent. Greco is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
LARCENY: Lisa S. Gangell, 38, 102 Colton St., Cheektowaga, was arrested Sunday for petit larceny. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
