WARRANT: Steven Pittinger, 28, 204 Utica St., surrendered on a warrant Wednesday for DWI. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Joshua Sweeney, 16, 156 Linwood Ave., surrendered Tuesday on two warrants for harassment. He is being held in lieu of $200 bail.
HARASSMENT: Michael Johnston, 50, 71 Balzac Court, was arrested Tuesday for second-degree harassment. He was held for court.

DRUGS: Robert M. Smith, 21, 65 Whiting St., was charged with fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 8:37 p.m. Tuesday. Smith was arrested as part of a pending investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, according to reports. Smith was held for court.
RAPE: Nathaniel M. Goodrich, 22, 318 Wabash Ave., Kenmore, was charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse at 11:09 a.m. Wednesday. The arrest stems from a domestic incident and Goodrich was held for court.
DRUGS: Scott J. Hoffman, 25, 227 Robert Drive, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:38 p.m. Wednesday. Hoffman was held for court.
WARRANT: Sean F. Fogarty, 19, 78 Edgewood Ave., Buffalo, was arrested on a warrant for unlawful imprisonment at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday after missing a court appearance. He was released on his own recognizance.
