Town of Tonawanda
DWI: Gregory M. Mrzyglod was charged with DWI, refusing a breath test and speeding at 2:15 a.m. Friday. Mrzyglod was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Mrzyglod allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and refused a chemical breath test. Mrzyglod was held for court.
DRUGS: David G. Wilson was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and an equipment violation at 11:55 a.m. Thursday. Wilson was stopped for an equipment violation and arrested for driving with no license, according to reports. While performing a vehicle inventory, police discovered a bag of marijuana and a prescription bill. Wilson was held for court.
ASSAULT: Edwin Vazquez was charged with assault and disorderly conduct at 8 a.m. Thursday. Vazquez allegedly punched another student in the head at school and was released on an appearance ticket.
DWI: Jeffrey E. Wright was charged with DWI and failure to use designated lane at 1:35 a.m. Thursday. Wright was questioned following an accident when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Wright allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.10 percent blood alcohol content. Wright was held for court.
City of Tonawanda
WARRANT: Mark J. Sage, 39, 1554 Franklin St., Olcott, was arrested on a warrant for driving with revoked registration at 1:27 p.m. Friday. He was released after paying fines.
WARRANT: Michael R. Krebs II, 32, 263 Williams St., was arrested on a warrant for trespassing at 10:14 a.m. Friday and held for court.
WARRANT: Katie L. Crowley, 61 Manchester Place, Buffalo, surrendered on a warrant for drug possession at 3 p.m. Thursday and was held for court.
North Tonawanda
WARRANT: Lisa M. McCarthy, 34, 480 Oliver St., was arrested on a warrant for driving without a license at 8 a.m. Friday. She is being held in lieu of $300 bail.
ADWI: Michael A. Myskiewicz, 24, 498 Meadow Drive, was charged with aggravated DWI and failure to keep right at 3:26 a.m. Thursday. Myskiewicz was stopped for weaving when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Myskiewicz allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.21 percent blood alcohol content. Myskiewicz was held for court.
WARRANT: Eric J. Kaczor, 26, 2620 David Drive, Niagara Falls was charged with second-degree impersonation after giving a false name to police at 5:26 p.m. Thursday. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
WARRANT: David L. Serrano, 37, 1242 Clinton St., Buffalo, was charged with third degree assault at 9:24 p.m. Thursday and held for court.
WARRANT: Thomas Meldzuk, 47, 395 Warner Ave., was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:42 p.m. Thursday and is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
