BLOTTER: Police reports published Oct. 15


North Tonawanda

DISORDERLY: Michael Lopez, 49, 102 Jackson Ave., was arrested Tuesday for disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance.

DRUGS: Kevin D. Hathaway, 22, 21 Wheatfield St., Apt. 3, was arrested Tuesday for two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled substance, one count of both fourth and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court.

DRUGS: Christopher R. Dziomba, 23, 395 Witmer Road, was arrested Tuesday for two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled substance and two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court.

HARASSMENT: Patrick R. Farrell, 26, 2500 Sharon Drive, Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Wednesday for second-degree harassment and obstructing government administration. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

Town of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Richard M. Davey was charged with petit larceny at 2:44 p.m. Tuesday. He allegedly stole 14 cans of Axe deodorant and two bottles of shampoo, according to reports. Davey was held for court.

City of Tonawanda

DWI: William R. Kowarko, 29, 4681 North Bailey Ave., Amherst, was charged with felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, a muffler violation and following too closely at 12:26 a.m. Wednesday. Kowarko was stopped for tailgating another car and having a loud muffler when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Kowarko allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.13 percent blood alcohol content. A license check revealed Kowarko’s license to be suspended for a previous DWI offense. Kowarko was held for court.
