North Tonawanda
DWI: David J. Barraclough, 56, 756 Campbell Blvd., Amherst, was arrested Wednesday for DWI and speeding on River Road. His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.12 percent. He was held for court.
MISCHIEF: Nicholas L. Birke, 31, 851 Payne Ave., was arrested Thursday for criminal mischief. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
City of Tonawanda
WARRANT: Timothy J. Miller, 120 North Marion St., North Tonawanda, turned himself in Wednesday on a warrant for possession of marijuana and fourth-degree attempted criminal sale of marijuana. He is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
WARRANT: Regina A. Weise, 45, 2080 River Road, Niagara Falls, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She was held for court.
WARRANT: Heather Mather, 22, 713 Klem Road, Webster, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for a navigation violation from 2005. All fines were paid.
BAD CHECK: Stephen Maltby, 39, 266 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for issuing a bad check. He was held for court.
Town of Tonawanda
WARRANT: Fred D. Lian was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a weapon at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday. Lian was found with a flat tire after a reckless operation call when the officer noticed the odor of marijuana, according to reports. A search of Lian’s vehicle allegedly turned up several burned ends of marijuana cigarettes and a switchblade knife. Lian was held for court.
Town of Lockport
ASSAULT: A Niagara Falls and Tonawanda man were arrested on Thursday and arraigned in front of a Lockport Town Justice following an assault of a Lockport man in the Niagara County Jail. Bail was set at $2,500 or $5,000 bond on each suspect. Names were not released.
