City of Tonawanda
WARRANT: Andrew M. Ruffin, 22, 96 East St., Buffalo, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.
DWI: Kevin J. Dolney, 20, 535 Morgan St., was arrested early Tuesday for DWI, improper license plate display, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and driving with one headlight. Police stopped him headed north on Young Street. Dolney’s blood alcohol content was found to be 0.14 percent. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Sean Fitzgibbons, 44, 26 Wilmington Ave., Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Monday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.
