BLOTTER: Police reports published Oct. 30


City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Frank B. Ireland, 25, 1282 Townline Road, upper, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for no seat belt and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Dylan J. Stiegler, 17, 29 Coventry Road, Town of Tonawanda, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for aggravated harassment. He was held for court.

WARRANT: James D. Roberts, 51, 19 Second Ave., North Tonawanda, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for contempt. He was held for court.

MISCHIEF: Antonio S. Pritchett, 23, 47 Parkdale Ave., Apt. 5, Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Wednesday for criminal mischief. He was held for court.

North Tonawanda

CONTEMPT: Jess Starkweather, 39, 126 87th St., Apt. 1, Niagara Falls, was arrested Thursday for criminal contempt. Starkweather is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

FALSE INSTRUMENT: Michael R. Healing, 22, 282 Tremont St., upper, was arrested Thursday for filing a false instrument. He is being held in lieu of $750 cash or $1,500 bond.

CONTEMPT: Thomas L. Jay, 39, 308 Oliver St., lower, was arrested Wednesday for criminal contempt. He was released on his own recognizance.

HARASSMENT: Thomas D. Wall, 18, 152 Maremak St., was arrested Wednesday for second degree aggravated harassment. He is being held in lieu of $250 cash, $750 bond.

Town of Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Chazity C. Fluellen was charged with aggravated harassment and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance at 4 a.m. Wednesday. Fluellen allegedly threatened another woman in phone calls and text messages and was arrested as she drove up outside the woman’s home. A search of Fluellen’s purse turned up a bag containing crack cocaine, according to reports. Fluellen was held for court.
