BLOTTER: Police reports published November 6

Town of Tonawanda

DWI: Robert P. Suleski was charged with felony DWI, failure to keep right and unsafe backing of a vehicle at 4 a.m. Wednesday. Suleski was stopped for driving his car backward and weaving when the officer detected the odor of marijuana, according to reports. Suleski allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and surrendered a blood sample for testing. A check of Suleski’s driving record showed a previous suspension for DWI in 2007. Suleski was held for court.

DRUGS: Joseph A. Marsco and Sean D. Crowe were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday. Officers responding to a suspicious vehicle call located the pair and smelled the odor of marijuana in their car, according to reports. They allegedly surrendered a bag of marijuana to police and were released on appearance tickets.



City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Philip Ulett, 48, 2707 Alder Creek Road, Apt. 3, North Tonawanda, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Mary A. Goble, 53, 67 Burnett Place, Town of Tonawanda, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She was held for court.



North Tonawanda

DWI: Robert C. Hy, 29, 233 Miller St., was arrested Thursday for DWI, inadequate muffler and diving an uninspected motor vehicle. His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.14 percent. He is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

MENACING: Timothy L. Brosius, 31, 370 Miller St., was arrested Thursday for third-degree menacing. He was held for court.



Wheatfield

MARIJUANA: Matthew D. Rydzewski, 16, 345 Drake Drive, North Tonawanda, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after he was pulled over for failing to keep right and nearly colliding with a patrol car on Niagara Falls Boulevard. A police report said upon interviewing Rydzewski, a strong odor of marijuana was detected, and the suspect admitted to having “weed” in the vehicle. Rydzewski is due Tuesday in Wheatfield Town Court.
