BLOTTER: Police reports published November 10

City of Tonawanda

ENDANGERING: Jaque E. Austin, 60, 413 Fletcher St., upper, was arrested Sunday for endangering the welfare of a child. He was released on an appearance ticket.

WARRANT: Mark A. Maroney, 563 Tronolone Ave., Niagara Falls, surrendered Monday on a warrant for petit larceny. All fines were paid.

TRESPASSING: Dudley G. Doucet, 48, 2450 Colvin Blvd., Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday for trespassing when he showed up at Tops on Niagara Street, where he was previously banned. Doucet was released after being issued an appearance ticket.

WARRANT: Duane Keifman, 40, 57 Strasbourg Drive Cheektowaga, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $200 bail.

North Tonawanda

DWI: Laurie L. Keem, 41, 245 Jackson Ave., was arrested Monday morning for DWI, refusal of a breath test and resisting arrest near the corner of Dahlgreen and Wheatfield streets. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DRUGS: Alex P. Godios, 21, 34 Oakridge Drive, West Seneca, was arrested Saturday for possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.

DRUGS: Jon M. Davolio, 20, 718 Starin Ave., Buffalo, was arrested Saturday for possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.

Town of Tonawanda

LARCENY: Corey D. Isome was charged with petit larceny at 1:33 p.m. Sunday. Isome allegedly stole seven cans of Red Bull and is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

DRUGS: Mark A. Curcie was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:17 a.m. Sunday. Police allegedly discovered a tin of marijuana in Curcie’s trailer while looking for his roommate on an unrelated warrant. Curcie was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: James K. Lyons was charged with felony DWI, failure to keep right and unsafe tires at 9:40 p.m. Saturday. Lyons was stopped for driving with a flat tire and weaving when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Lyons allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and refused a chemical breath. Lyons was held for court.

DWI: Josean O. Sanabria-Negron was charged with DWI and illegal signal at 5:20 a.m. Saturday. Sanabria-Negron was stopped for a traffic violation when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Sanabria-Negron allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.12 percent blood alcohol content. Sanabria-Negron is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: Thomas Lignos was charged with DWI, criminal possession of a controlled substance and moving from a lane unsafely at 3:30 a.m. Saturday. Lignos was stopped for weaving when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Lignos allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.08 percent blood alcohol content. A search of Lignos’ pockets revealed Loritab, Fioricet and Klonopin pills without prescriptions. A bag of cocaine was also found taped under Lignos’ penis. He was held for court.

DWI: Angie L. Bernier, 29, was charged with aggravated DWI and driving while using a cell phone at 4:45 a.m. Friday. Bernier was stopped for talking on her cell phone when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Bernier allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.20 percent blood alcohol content. Bernier was held for court.

DWI: Derek T. Soos, 35, was charged with aggravated DWI and an equipment violation at 2:14 a.m. Friday. Soos was stopped for driving without headlights when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Soos allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.19 percent blood alcohol content. Soos was held for court.

City of Lockport

MULTIPLE CHARGES: Thomas W. O’Brien, Jr., 31, 40 Alcott Court, Town of Tonawanda was charged with third-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief. On Monday, patrol responded to a report of a fight on South Street. Upon arrival, police interviewed the victim who said the suspect threatened him and attempted to punch the victim in the face. The suspect was reportedly found driving on Washburn Street and was arrested. His victim obtained an order of protection against his assailant.
