WARRANT: Glen P. Forte, 53, 42 Oakridge Ave., Natick, Mass., surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for violating a city ordinance. He is being held in lieu of $200 bail.
WARRANT: James W. Dee, 47, 555 Oliver St., lower, front, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $200 bail.
DWI: Brandon A. Smith, 28, 86 Joseph St., Cheektowaga, was arrested Tuesday for felony DWI and speeding on Niagara Falls Boulevard. His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.17 percent. He is being held in lieu of $750 bail.
