BLOTTER: Police reports published November 12
Town of Tonawanda
IMPERSONATION: Henry Santiago Jr. was charged with false personation and speeding at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. Santiago allegedly gave a false name to police when stopped for speeding, according to reports. The name he gave showed a suspended license, so he was taken into custody and eventually divulged his true identity to police. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
City of Tonawanda
LARCENY: Joseph E. Aleksandrowicz, 18, 67 Elm St., was arrested Wednesday for petit larceny and fifth-degree possession of stolen property. He was held for court.
North Tonawanda
HARASSMENT: Kevin M. Krowka, 39, 700 Ruie Road was arrested Wednesday for harassment and possession of marijuana. He was held for court.
DRUGS: Helen A. Krowka, 44, 700 Ruie Road was arrested Wednesday for possession of marijuana. She was released on her own recognizance.
LARCENY: Dylan J. Swartz, 16, 346 Ward Road, was arrested Tuesday for petit larceny. He was released on his own recognizance.
Wheatfield
MARIJUANA: Travis J. Poitras, 19, 2799 Upper Mountain Road, Lewiston was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Wednesday after patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic infringement. Upon investigation, the driver said there was no marijuana and said to patrol “if you search you won’t find anything.” According to a police report deputies observed a passenger, Poitras, moving around rapidly. They searched him to find a bag of what seemed to contain green leafy vegetable material.
