FRAUD: Lisa J. Kearns, 43, 107 Keller Ave., surrendered on charges of identity theft at 3:26 p.m. Saturday and was released on an appearance ticket.
BURGLARY: David M. Carnrike, 23, 136 Peter St., Buffalo, was charged with burglary, attempted petit larceny, criminal mischief, possession of burglary tools and trespassing at 1:30 a.m. Saturday. Police allegedly discovered Carnrike breaking into a soda machine at a laundromat, according to reports. Carnrike is being held in lieu of $3,500 bail.
City of Tonawanda
WARRANT: Waldemar Ramos, 23, 50 Pennsylvania St., Buffalo, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from 2006 for possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, driving without a license and speeding. He was held for court.
DRUGS: Adam J. Lucas, 18, 1160 Sheree Drive, Grand Island, was arrested Monday evening for possession of marijuana. He was released after being issued an appearance ticket.
North Tonawanda
HARASSMENT: James C. Haynes, 38, 164 Wheatfield St., Apt. 2, turned himself in Tuesday for first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $750 bail.
PROBATION: Julia R. Garcia-Wankasky, 27, 225 Tremont St., was arrested Tuesday for violating her probation. She is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
Wheatfield
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On Tuesday, a Niagara Falls Boulevard, Wheatfield resident contacted Niagara County Sheriff’s Office for a criminal report at Pit Stop Puppies. An estimated $30 worth of damage was reported after an unknown suspect broke three locks off the dog kennels and did other minor damage. Patrol will perform periodic checks.
