MISCHIEF: Charles D. Carson, 36, 872 Remington Drive, was arrested Thursday for criminal mischief, attempted criminal trespassing and possession of marijuana. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

THEFT: Adam M. DiFelice, 21, 1671 Leah Drive, was arrested Thursday for theft of services. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
DRUGS: James A. Staley, 25, 644 Oliver St., Apt. 2, was arrested Thursday for possession of marijuana and being in a city park after dark. He was released on his own recognizance.
DWI: Anette M. Barone, 45, 5976 Elmwood Lane, Newfane, was arrested Friday morning for DWI, running a red light and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
