BLOTTER: Police reports published November 24

Buffalo

DRUGS: Aaron S. Cummings, 30, of Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

New York State Troopers assigned to Operation Impact reported Cummings was stopped for no seat belt on Niagara Street in Buffalo. The Investigation revealed he possessed 10 used hypodermic needles, 2 bundles of glassine paper and a metal spoon with residue.

He was held for court.



City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Angela M. Swatsworth, 24, 77 Bridgeman St., Buffalo, was arrested Monday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. She was held for court.

WARRANT: Adam G. Raczkowski, 24, 73 Randolph Ave., Cheektowaga, surrendered Monday on a warrant for second-degree aggravated harassment. He was held for court.

DWI: Pamela M. Eckel, 57, 107 Gilbert St., Buffalo, was arrested Sunday for aggravated DWI, driving without stop lights, driving on the shoulder and making an improper left turn. She was pulled over near the corner of Niawanda Park and Gibson Street. Eckel’s blood alcohol content was found to be 0.21 percent. She was held for court.



North Tonawanda

LARCENY: James W. Dee, 47, no known address, was arrested Sunday for petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

FALSE REPORT: Kathy L. Gresham, 38, 191 Rumbold Ave., was arrested Sunday for falsely reporting an incident. She was released on her own recognizance.



Wheatfield

MISSING PERSON: At 6:42 p.m. on Nov. 19, officers spoke with a Lakeside Drive, Wheatfield, resident about a missing person. The caller reportedly told deputies that the missing person flew from Buffalo to metropolitan Washington, D.C., for a job fair Nov. 14 and was supposed to be back in Western New York on Nov. 17. The Wheatfield man said he tried to reach the missing person after he failed to board the plane home. On Friday, the missing person was found to be OK. The man was in a car accident before heading to the airport in Washington, D.C., and was taken to the hospital, causing him to miss his flight.



Niagara Falls

ARREST: A North Tonawanda woman was arrested after police found her “drunk and staggering in the middle of the road” in the 700 block of 10th Street on Saturday afternoon. Jeannine K. Kennedy, 52, 5438 Tonawanda Creek Road, was charged with disorderly conduct.
