City of Tonawanda
CONTEMPT: Douglas Young, 55, 192 Clinton St., Lockport, was arrested Sunday for two counts of disobeying a mandate. He was held for court.
North Tonawanda
WARRANT: Kayla R. Porter, 19, 1808 Coomer Road, Burt, N.Y., was arrested Monday on a warrant for second-degree aggravated harassment. She was arrested following a traffic stop. Porter was released on her own recognizance.
HARASSMENT: Robert W. Burroughs, 29, 400 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo, was arrested Sunday for second-degree harassment. Burroughs was held for court.
HARASSMENT: Richard D. Busse, 52, 3117 Eggert Road, Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday for second-degree harassment. He was held for court.
