City of Tonawanda
LARCENY: Sara M. Nicolosi, 24, 690 Fairmont Ave., Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Tuesday for petit larceny. Police say she took roughly $73 worth of cosmetics and an extension cord from the Tops market on Niagara Street. Nicolosi was released on an appearance ticket.
WARRANT: Charles D. Carson, 36, 872 Remington St., surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for contempt. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Cory L. Corp, 31, 585 Delaware Ave., City of Tonawanda, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $1,500 bail.
North Tonawanda
WARRANT: Aaron T. Shanks, 21, 23 Oberlin Ave., Buffalo, was arrested Monday on a warrant for second-degree criminal contempt. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
Town of Tonawanda
MENACING: Shannon R. Watters was charged at 11:23 a.m. Sunday with menacing and harassment following a domestic incident. He was held for court.
DRUGS: Michael J. King was charged at 2:15 a.m. Sunday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal trespassing and having a controlled substance not in its original container. King allegedly ran from police after being spotted walking up and down driveways. He was located under a porch when the officer spotted his lit cigarette, according to reports. King told police he was walking up the driveway to get rid of a sock he no longer wanted. A search of his clothing revealed 14 Loritabs without a prescription bottle. King was held or court.
DWI: Frank P. Dorazio was charged at 1:38 a.m. Saturday with DWI, refusing a breath test, unsafe turn, littering and running a red light. Dorazio was stopped for running a red light when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Dorazio allegedly failed field sobriety tests and refused a chemical breath test. Dorazio was held for court.
