BLOTTER: Police reports published Feb. 12
North Tonawanda
CHARGED: Kelley A. McNees, 24, 1476 Fairfield Drive, was charged with harassment at 7:34 p.m. Sunday. McNees was held without bail.
City of Tonawanda
CHARGED: Timothy J. Hall, 20, 2311 Whitehaven Road, Grand Island, was charged at 12:35 a.m. Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to reports, a patrol officer approached a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Tops on Niagara Street and found Hall sleeping in the back seat. Hall told the officer that he was heading home from a friend’s house in North Tonawanda and was tired, so he decided to nap in the parking lot.
The officer allegedly found marijuana remnants and a ceramic pipe with partially smoked marijuana inside Hall’s vehicle. Hall was issued an appearance ticket.
