LEWDNESS: John M. Hayes, 18, 129 Seventh Ave., was arrested Tuesday for endangering the welfare of a child and public lewdness. He was held for court.
LARCENY: Marvin D. Zimmerman, 24, 3471 Sandy Beach Road, Grand Island, turned himself in Tuesday for second-degree forgery and petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.
PROBATION: Zachary L. Mowers, 17, 181 Schenck St., upper, was arrested on a warrant Monday for violating his probation. He was held for court.
PROBATION: Kristen M. Stofle, 21, 510 Oliver St., was arrested Monday for violating her probation and petit larceny. She is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
PROBATION: Victor J. Kritz, 51, 194 Mead St., Apt. 5, was arrested Monday for violating his probation. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
HARASSMENT: Zachary R. Heinrich, 24, 110 Greenwood Place, Buffalo, turned himself in Monday for second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance.
MISCHIEF: Mark A. Steves, 41, 37 Fifth Ave., turned himself in Monday for fourth-degree criminal mischief and second degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance.
City of Tonawanda
WARRANT: Wayne D. Gordon, 19, 427 81st St., Niagara Falls, was arrested on a warrant Monday for driving with a suspended registration. He was turned over by the State Police and is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
Town of Tonawanda
DWI: Matthew J. Enser was charged with DWI and speeding at 4:38 a.m. Monday. Enser was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Enser allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.12 percent blood alcohol content. Enser was held for court.
