DWI: Frank Mitri, 30, 360 Sawyer Ave., was charged with DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding at 4:19 a.m. Friday. Mitri was spotted walking down the Twin City Memorial Highway after an accident call when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Mitri allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.16 percent blood alcohol content. Mitri was held for court.

PEDDLING: Dwight S. Jakes was charged with peddling without a permit at 5:40 p.m. Thursday. Jakes allegedly went door to door selling magazines without the proper permit. Jakes in being held in lieu of $100 bail.
