WARRANT: James R. Giambelluca, 32, 174 Tudor St., West Seneca, surrendered on a warrant Wednesday for aggravated harassment. He was held for court.

DISORDERLY: Eric P. Considine, 22, 19 Cleveland Place, was arrested Wednesday for disorderly conduct. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
DWI: Thaddeus A. Lipniarski, 38, 4664 Creek Road, Lewiston, was arrested early Wednesday for aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and running a red light on Payne Avenue. His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.23 percent. He is being held in lieu of $750 bail.
Wheatfield
DWI: Ann M. Yarussi, 21, 3210 Beechwood Circle, Niagara Falls, was charged early Wednesday with DWI and failure to use designated lane after a 1:45 a.m. traffic stop on Niagara Falls Boulevard. Yarussi allegedly failed several field sobriety tests and registered a 0.1 percent blood alcohol content on a breath test. She was held in lieu of $250 bail and is due today in Wheatfield Town Court.
