WARRANT: Charlmers L. Rivera, 41, 6 North Parade Ave., Buffalo, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for issuing a bad check. He was held for court.
MISCHIEF: Thomas D. Wall, 18, 71 Balzac Court, left, was arrested Thursday for criminal mischief. He was issued an appearance ticket.
WARRANT: Hassan J. Jabbar, 50 Sweeney St., Buffalo, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for trespassing. All fines were paid.

DWI: Cecilio A. Maldonado was charged at 10:17 p.m. Wednesday with DWI, reckless driving, refusing a breath test and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Maldonado was questioned as he walked up to his house because another driver saw him weaving, according to reports. The officer detected the odor of alcohol on Maldonado’s breath, but he refused to submit to any field sobriety tests because he was not in his car when police arrived. He also refused a chemical breath test. Maldonado is being held in lieu of $850 bail.
HARASSMENT: Dennis M. Strickland was charged at 2 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree harassment. Strickland allegedly pounded on his ceiling and walls late at night while neighbors were trying to sleep. He was released on an appearance ticket.
