ARSON: Kathryn A. Cottrell, 53, 6826 Plaza Drive, Apt. 10, Niagara Falls, was arrested Thursday for second-degree arson. She was held for court.
DRUGS: Aaron M. Richards, 18, 696 Meadowbrook Drive, was arrested Thursday for possession of marijuana and driving left of pavement markings. Richards was released on recognizance.
DWI: Susan A. Schultz, 48, 1288 Tanglewood Drive, was arrested Thursday for aggravated DWI, backing unsafely, stopping on a highway, failure to keep right and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle. Her blood alcohol content was found to be 0.25 percent. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

WARRANT: Matthew J. Giesser, 23, surrendered at 5:36 a.m. Thursday on a warrant for DWI and paid his fines.
