North Tonawanda

WARRANT:

Christopher C. Quesnell, 37, 847 Remington Drive, turned himself in on a warrant and was charged at 12:34 p.m. Thursday with failure to pay a fine for driving without a license. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

Town of Tonawanda

WARRANT:

Eric M. Freeman was arrested Tuesday on a warrant. 

ARSON:

Jeremiah A. McGaughey was arrested Tuesday for fourth-degree arson, criminal reckless property damage, second-degree criminal nuisance, and falsely reporting an incident. McGaughey initially told police he did not set the fire, but eventually admitted setting a pair of shorts on fire and throwing them on a porch. 

City of Tonawanda

HARASSMENT:

John M. Ferenc, 83, of Broad Street, was arrested Wednesday for second-degree harassment. He was involved in an altercation with his roommate and was released on an appearance ticket.

DRUGS:

Jonathan D. Sfeir, 21, of Carleton Court, Williamsville was arrested Wednesday for marijuana possession and speeding near State Street and Maple Street. He was released on an appearance ticket.
