A North Tonawanda man was arrested in both his hometown and the city of Tonawanda on Friday for the same offense.
Brian Mishko, 21, of 358 Rumbold Ave. was first arrested in Tonawanda at 1:20 p.m. on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
He was later released, but at 10:43 p.m. he was pulled over by North Tonawanda police for an inadequate muffler while he was driving along River Road.
He was arrested again for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was also charged with driving an uninspected vehicle. He was held in lieu of $250 bail.
