Mary (Joan) Butticci

LAS VEGAS, NV — Mary (Joan) Butticci, 76, of Niagara Falls, NY, currently residing in Las Vegas, NV, passed away, unexpectedly, Sunday, October 21, 2012. She was born on November 16, 1935 in Niagara Falls, NY and was predeceased by her loving husband of 57 years, Samuel Butticci; father, Joseph Scozzafava; mother, Frances (Sgroi) Scozzafava; and brothers, Ralph (Carol) and Michael (Loretta) Scozzafava.

Joan is survived by her loving son, Ronald Butticci (daughter-in-law, Sandra); daughter,     Brenda Butticci; and granddaughters, Lindsey, Danielle and Katelyn; as well as many other family members and friends.

Joan was a devoted wife, loving mother and wonderful friend. She loved spending time with her family, cooking, watching baseball, playing cards, going to dinner and of course watching movies. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered in our hearts.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 26, 2012, from 4-8 PM (prayer service at 7 PM) at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 South Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89119. At a later date, a memorial mass to be held in Niagara Falls, NY.
