Walter James Pohl

NORTH TONAWANDA — Walter James Pohl, age 53, of North Tonawanda, March 20, 2013 in DeGraff Memorial Hospital, after a lengthy illness. He was the son of the late Conrad and Shirley Pohl.

Beloved husband of Constance (nee Grant) Pohl.  Dear father of Cristy (Jason) Grembowicz of Buffalo, Shannon (Russell) Allgrim, Katie (Nick) Lupo and Sara Pohl, all of North Tonawanda.  Grandfather of Brandon James, Khloe, Gracie, Parker and the late Lillian. Brother of Diane (Robert) Staveski of Kenmore and the late John and Lynn Pohl; uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd., in North Tonawanda on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 10:00 AM, the Rev. David S. Belasic will officiate. Interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
