Thomas Redman

NORTH TONAWANDA — Thomas Redman, 68, of North Tonawanda, Saturday (January 12, 2013). Mr. Redman was born in Buffalo, NY on June 22, 1944 to Raymond and Pauline (Fronczek) Redman. Thomas was a United States Air Force veteran, retired from Dunlop Tire as a mechanic; active member at St. Jude the Apostle Parish where he belonged to several committees; a member of St. Vincent De Paul Men's Spirituality Group, Curisillo Group; member of the National Gun and Rifle Association; avid outdoorsman with hunting, fishing and skiing. He belonged to the Lederhosen Club, Gilda Club; an avid gardener, carpenter and golfer. Thomas was predeceased by his wife, Eileen F. (Koncikowski) Redman.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Mary C. (Donnelly) Redman; father of Paul (Laura)        Redman, Deborah (Mark) Szajnberg; step-father of Lisa Devore; brother of Connie (William) Hubert, Paulette Frey and Caroline Kerney; grandfather of Jonathan, Elizabeth "Libby" and Andrew "Drew"; step-grandfather of Zachary and Tyller; also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Wattengel Funeral Home, 307 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, where prayers will be offered Wednesday at 9:30 AM, followed by Mass of  Christian Burial at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, at 10 AM. Interment, White Chapel Cemetery.
