June Audrey Schneider

TONAWANDA — June Audrey (nee Schoenfeldt) Schneider, age 89, of Tonawanda, died Monday, July 2, 2012, at Sheridan Manor Nursing Home. Born in Tonawanda, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Myrtle (nee Hardleben) Schoenfeldt and had been a lifelong resident of Tonawanda. Mrs. Schneider was a member of the Tonawanda Church of Christ and enjoyed camping, gardening, cooking, baking and caring for her children and grandchildren. She was the wife of the late         Anthony M. Schneider, who died in 1998.

She is survived by her daughter, Carol (Walter) Chute; her son, Jack (Patricia) Schneider; and her brother, James W. Schoenfeldt. Also surviving are five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Services were cared for privately with the family, followed by interment at Elmlawn        Cemetery. If desired, memorials to Hospice Buffalo are preferred by the family.              Complete obituary and condolences at www.hampfuneral.com.
