NORTH TONAWANDA —
Sylvia B. (nee Sayler) Behr, age 71, of North Tonawanda, March 14, 2013 in High Point Nursing Home Buffalo, after a lengthy illness. Sylvia had worked as a packer for the Gerald Fried Display Co. of Tonawanda. She was formerly married to Frank Behr of Palmetto, FL.
Beloved mother of Karen Wald of North Tonawanda, Frank (Bonnie) Behr of North Tonawanda, Tracy (Jeff) Greaves of Maryville, MI and Keith (Rosalinda) Behr of Depew. Grandmother of eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Sister of Leona Sayler, June Bennett, Claudia MacCarl and Nancy Jandzinski of Cheektowaga and the late Lois (Earl) Wiesmore and Arnold (Joan) Sayler. Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Sylvia made an anatomical donation to the University School of Medicine. No prior visitation, private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Flowers gratefully declined, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice Buffalo.
