Wladyslawa "Lottie" Helinski

NORTH TONAWANDA — Wladyslawa "Lottie" (nee Belczak) Helinski, 96, of  North Tonawanda, passed away after a brief illness on Friday, June 29, 2012, at DeGraff Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving     family.

She was predeceased by her husband, Waclaw Helinski, who passed away in 1981; parents, Albert  and Mary (nee Blachowicz) Belczak; 12 siblings and grandson, Zachary Helinski. Lottie is survived by her daughter, Christine (Thomas) Bakula of North Tonawanda; son, Edward D. (Janet) Helinski of Auburn, NY; grandchildren, Christian (Janelle) Bakula of Wheatfield, Denise (Nakia) Savage of Ashburn, VA, Jennifer Bakula of San Francisco, CA, Timothy Bakula of North Tonawanda, Courtney Helinski of Buffalo, and Kelsey Helinski of Auburn. Great-grandchildren include Kaleigh, Grace, Cole, Natalie, Isabella and Xavier.

Lottie enjoyed flowers and gardening.

The family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Monday, July 2, 2012, from 5-9 PM at Colucci Funeral Home, 652 Oliver Street, North Tonawanda (692-4917). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Czestochowa R.C. Church, 626 Oliver Street. An interment service will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Tonawanda for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials in Lottie's memory to the Our Lady of Czestochowa Revocation Fund, 57 Center Avenue, North Tonawanda, NY 14120.
